We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the perfect grip is to your backhand.

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

How to Return an Item

Step 2: Package Your Item
Once approved:
- Repackage the item in its original packaging
- Include all original tags and accessories
- Print and include the RMA form we’ll email you

Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email what product you’d like instead
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference

Once we receive and inspect your return:
