Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to get your racquet sports equipment to you:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Great for non-urgent orders
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our products just like you stand behind your game. If your purchase doesn’t meet your championship expectations, our straightforward returns process will get you back in play quickly.
Our Return Promise
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all tags
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment form
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- All types of grips (tennis, badminton, etc.)
- All types of balls (tennis, badminton, etc.)
- Eye protection products
- Cold therapy products
- Personal protective equipment
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Package Your Item
Once approved:
- Repackage the item in its original packaging
- Include all original tags and accessories
- Print and include the RMA form we’ll email you

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email what product you’d like instead
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Refund Method: Original payment form (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
